Norton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Irving Norton, N. Cramer st. Miss Zimmerman attended Prospect Hall and Mr. Norton, Marquette university.
- The following appeared on 31 August 1934 in The Milwaukee Journal: Friday night Miss Harriet Ann Zimmerman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred H. Zimmerman, N. Woodburn st., will exchange wedding vows with Harry E. Norton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Irving Norton, N. Cramer st. The Rev. Ira Grey will officiate at the ceremony at Shorewood Presbyterian church.
Miss Betty Zimmerman, sister of the bride, and Harold Shane will be the only attendants.
A small reception at the Zimmerman home will follow the ceremony. - She married Harry Elliot Norton, son of Irving Elliot Norton and Almira Tuttle, on 31 August 1934 in Shorewood, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, at Shorewood Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Ira Grey officiating.

Beloved wife of Harry Elliot Norton for 70 years. Loving mother of James Elliot (Linda) Norton and Richard Harry (Marti) Norton. Proud grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday July 28, 2004 at 1:30 PM at North Shore Presbyterian Church; 4048 N. Bartlett Ave; Shorewood with Rev. Elizabeth B. Stafford, officiating. Harriet's family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Curtis Kommer and all the caregivers at VITAS.
