Upon return to Norwich they will take up their residence in their newly furnished apartment at 51 Front Street. - Edward Francis Devine and Frances Loranette Tinker appeared in the US federal census of 1 April 1940 in Norwich, Chenango County, New York, at 12 Terrace Street.
