John Eyman

- John Eyman was born on 8 February 1889 in Terre Haute, Vigo County, Indiana.
- He married Caroline Schima, daughter of Franz Schima and Maria Herovitsch, circa 1917.
- John Eyman registered for the draft on 5 June 1917 in Crawford County, Kansas, while living with his wife and child iat FRD 8 n Pittsburg, and employed there by Western Coal Mining Company as a miner (4-B) working No. 12 Yale. He cites three years prior military service as an artillery sergeant.
- John Eyman and Caroline Schima appeared in the US federal census of 1 April 1930 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, at 8235 Halsted Street.
- He was employed at a bridge works, according to the 1930 census.
- John Eyman registered for the draft in 1942 while living with his wife Lena at 9423 South Emerald Avenue in Chicago, and employed there by Chicago Iron & Bridge Works at 1305 West 105th Street.
- The SSDI lists Oak Lawn, Cook County, Illinois, as the last residence of record of John Eyman, but his death is not found in the online Cook County death index.
- John Eyman died in June 1969 at age 80.
