• Martha Baltrip was born in January 1870 in Texas.
• Toll and Jane appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1870 in Danville, Montgomery County, Texas. Other members of the household included Martha Baltrip, Hance Baltrip. While parents of Hance are as yet unknown, father likely was a brother of Jane and Wesley.
• Morris and Margaret (?) appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1880 in Montgomery County, Texas. Other members of the household included Martha Baltrip, Virginia, Roxanna Jackson, Lina Jackson, Morris Jackson, Gilbert Jackson, Zinnia Jackson, Eddie Jackson, Mary, Johnie Baltrip and Jane. The parents of nephew Johnnie Baltrip are as yet unknown. It is an educated guess that Martha is Jane's daughter born in in 1870.
