Frances (?)
b. circa 1832
- Frances (?) was born circa 1832 in Texas.
- Her name was recorded as Frances Badley in the 1850 census; it is an educated guess that this is the same Frances who married Ivy McNeese.
- William Elliott Allcorn appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1850 in Washington County, Texas, and also in the household the following Texas-born male children identified as Allcorns: J. A., age 18, John, age 2, S. A., age 14, and H., age 10, which do not match researchers' published lists of children. It appears that Julia Ann's children from her first marriage were living elsewhere. It is an educated guess that Francis Badley, age 18, was the future wife of Julia Ann's brother Ivy McNeese. Other members of the household included Frances (?), J. H. Allcorn.
- She married Ivy McNeese, son of John McNeese Jr. and Elizabeth Parrott, circa 1852.
- Ivy McNeese and Frances (?) appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1860 in Montgomery PO, Montgomery County, Texas. Other members of the household included F. McNeese, Mary McNeese, S. H. McNeese, P. H. McNeese, Thomas McNeese, Apsley McNeese and Jenette McNeese.
- Ivy McNeese and Frances (?) appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1870 in Wallisville PO, Chambers County, Texas, enumerated near his daughters Apsley Fisher and Jenette Hartman.. Other members of the household included Mary McNeese and Fannie McNeese.
