Before her marriage, she was Miss Ida Irby, daughter of William W. and Julia Mary Pegues Irby of Marlboro county where she was reared.
She is survived by her husband and four children, Misses Olivia, Ethel and Julia Pegues of Cheraw and Charlie Pegues of Raleigh; two brothers, Joe Irby of Cheraw and William Irby of Florida; and two sisters, Miss Julia and Rebecca Irby of Florida. The funeral arrangements have not been completed.
