- The following appeared on 16 June 1904 in the Niagara Falls Gazette: At the parsonage of the German Zion Lutheran Church on Michigan Avenue yesterday afternoon at 5 o'clock a very pretty wedding was celebrated, the bride of the happy affair being Miss Mary Koelle, daughter of John Loelle of No. 611 Third Street and the groom Mr. Neil J. Ferry of No. 14 Niagara Street. The Rev. F. R. Hoffman was the officiating clergyman.
The bride was attended by Miss Frances A.Johnson and the best man was Frank E. Cantwell. The bride's gown was pearl gray silk lansdowne and her maid wore pearl gray voile.
A reception and supper followed the services at the home of the bride on Third Street, the guests including the members of the two families, relatives and very close friends. The wedding gifts were numerous and beautiful.
Mr. Ferry and bride left last night for western cities on their wedding journey and upon their return will take up their residence in this city. - Maria Koelle died circa 20 December 1904.
- Neil J. Ferry became a widower at her death.
- She was interred at Oakwood Cemetery, Niagara Falls, Niagara County, New York.
