         Funeral services will be held at his residence at McBean Station today at four p. m. and will be conducted by T. L. Jolley, pastor of Gracewood Methodist church. Interment will be in the family cemetery.
         He is survived by: his wife: Mrs. Susan Knight Cosnahan; four sons: John, R. W., Edward and Olin C. Cosnahan; three daughters: Mrs. F. C. Kinley and Mrs. E. A. Allen, all of McBean Station; Mrs. W. N. Averet, of Hepzibah, Ga., and nine grandchildren.
