         Mrs. Fahey was the mother of Judge Gerald C. Fahey and is survived by two other sons, six daughters, 28 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. Six of her grandsons acted as pallbearers. Mrs. Fahey, born in Kaufman county, was married to the late J. J. Fahey in 1872. The family had lived near Navasota for 60 years.
         The surviving children, besides Judge Fahey, are as follows: Mrs. Nora Sullivan and Mrs. Clara Batts of Navasota; Mrs. Gertrude Altenburger, Mrs. Eilleen Rash, Mrs. Maggie Cochran and Mrs. Lois Krischke, all of Houston; Patrick N. Fahey of Houston and Joseph M. Fahey of Navasota.
