Funeral services will be held at 3 p. m. Sunday from St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Greensboro, with the Rev. L. P. Arsnault, rector, officiating. Burial will be in the Greensboro Cemetery by Jones and Spigener.
Mr. Waller was a native of Greensboro. He was a graduate of the Old Southern University there, a vestryman and secretary of the Parish of the Episcopal Church and a member of S. A. E. Fraternity.
He was a son of the late Judge Charles Edward Waller and Katherine Ellerbe, Greensboro.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Clara Waller; a brother, Alexander Waller, Greensboro; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Waller operated an insurance business in Greensboro and was the holder of large real estate properties in Hale County.
Active pallbearers for the funeral will be Walter K. Johnson, Winn Coleman, Heck Seales, George Sledge, Lewis Lawson, Cecil Cothran, Sr., H. H. Hughes, and Gwaltney McCollum. - Clara Eola Day died on 27 December 1961 at age 59.
