  • The following is excerpted from an obituary of Georgia Alice Moore Barr, published on 25 November 1909, She is survived by five children, Messrs. Charles, Cecil and Edgar, and Misses Beatrice and Bessie. She also leaves a step-son, Mr. Henry Barr, of Columbus. Two sisters survive, being Mrs. W. L. Booth, of Phenix City and Mrs. A. A. Richards of Mobile, and one brother, Mr. I. H. Moore, of Phenix City. Her mother, Mrs. L. E. Moore of Phenix City, also survives.
