         Mr. Clark is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John E. Clark and grandson of the late Gov. and Mrs. Edward Clark.
         The bride was given in marriage by her father. Her only attendant was Miss Hazel Ashley of Dallas. Dr. Clark Douglas of Dallas, nephew of the bridegroom, was best man and ushers were Odell Hunt, Henri Columbus and Emmett Anderson Jr.
         Mr. and Mrs. Clark will honeymoon at Colorado Springs, Colo.
         The bride was graduated from Texas State College for Women at Denton. Mr. Clark attended the University of Texas. He is vice-president and cashier of the First National Bank of Marshall.
