She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by many.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Eula Faye Stout; brothers, L.P. Bullard, Virgil Bullard and James Bullard; and husbands, Otto Kempe and Adam Evans.
Survivors: Sons, Homer L. Kempe and his wife, Novell, of Richland Hills, Wayne G. Kempe and his wife, Joanne, of Richland Hills, Billy J. Kempe and his wife, Cleta, of Keller and Larry E. Kempe and his wife, Pauline, of Bedford; brother, J.B. Bullard; 14 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. - John Benjamin Bullard became a widower at the 21 January 2001 death of his wife Lillie Mae Valentine.

A native and lifetime resident of Fort Worth, John Benjamin Bullard was born Feb. 11, 1914, the son of Charles Nathaniel and Rachel Green Bullard. J.B. was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 66 years, Lillie Mae Valentine Bullard, in 2001.
Survivors: Daughter, Pat Bullard Collins and her husband, Bob; son, Tom Bullard and his wife, Valerie; grandchildren, Robert, Amy and Keith Collins, and Brandon and Adam Bullard; and great-grandchildren, John Collins and Koty Harris.
