         She was born in Killie Crankee plantation, Danville, Tex., and was a granddaughter of Col. William [sic] May Williams, former secretary for the State of Texas. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Ann (Kauffman) McDuff and a son-in-law, Homer McDuff, of Shrevesport [sic], La., two sisters, Miss Ethel Williams of Amesbury and Mrs. Caroline W. Carter of Cleveland, and two brothers, Campbell and St. John Williams, both of Amesbury.
         Funeral will be held from the Pillsbury and Gale funeral home, 2 Hillside avenue, Monday afternoon at 2.
