- Following emancipation, Ricor adopted the name George Moses.
- Cloe appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1880 in Walker County, Texas, enumerated near Cloe's brother Gip Gilford and near Green Wood's grandson Solomon William.. Other members of the household included Ricor, Moses, Leah, Henry Moses, Lissie Moses, Maria Moses, Willie Moses and Eddy Moses.
