Besides his wife and three children, Frederick, Jeanette and John Jr., he is survived by one sister, Mrs. Amos W. Fall, and two brothers, Albert C. Warner, Toledo, and Louis S. Warner, Port Clinton.
Until he moved to Cleveland about 20 years ago, he had been a local resident. He had been ailing for the past five years, but last week was stricken with pneumonia, which caused his death.
