         Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Chapel in Hillsboro, rev. Leon Vorphal and Rev. Bob Hataway officiating. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery.
         Mrs. Martin was born Dec. 16, 1896, in Cherokee, ala. She had lived in Hillsboro since 1918. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hillsboro, the Macabees and Rebeccas.
         A son, B. W. Martin died in January 1973.
         Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Irvin Wood of Navasota and Mrs. Max [B]rewer of 5023 Crestwood; a son, James Martin of Mesquite; two brothers, Robert Greenhill of Woodbury and Douglas Greenhill of Shamrock; two sisters, mrs. Blanch Greenhill of Hillsboro and Mrs. Will Burke of Wheeler, 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
