  • From Baldwin Fluker's probate records: Feb 1828. At the first quarter session 1929, in Bibb County, Georgia: To wife, Sarah Q. Fluker and to children Robert O. T. Fluker, Badlwin M. M. Fluker, Rebecca M. Fluker, and Anne E. Fluker all my real and personal estate, each inheriting 1/5 of my whole estate. Executors: wife, Sarah Q. Fluker, Thomas Pace, son Robert O. T. Fluker, James Willis, and Isaac B. Rootland [sic]. Wit: Nicholas Childers, Walter L. Campbell, Edwin E. Campbell.
  • The following appeared on 28 April 1828 in the Macon Telegraph: The Sale of the seventy two Town Lots, laid off by order of the State on the Reserve at the Indian spring, took place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday last, pursuant to previous notice. The two 2-acre Lots on which the Tavern, with the kitchen, stables, &c. is situated, were sold together, and brought $4,350 -- Major Baldwin Fluker, of this place, is the purchaser. . . .

Lamar, William B. Rogers, Charles Bullock, Marmaduke J. Slade and Nathan C. Munroe. . . .

Rowland. Sarah Q. Fluker, Executrix. Rob't. O. T. Fluker, Isaac B. Rowland, Executors. Macon, March 13, 1829.
  • The following appeared on 4 December 1830 in the Macon Telegraph: In the circuit court of Henry County Alabama, exercising Chancery Jurisdiction. Fall Term, 1830. (In Chancery) William Irwin vs. Robert O. T. Fluker, Admr. of Baldwin Fluker dece'd. In this court it is ordered by the court, that notice to the defendant, be published at least four weeks in the Macon Telegraph of the State of Georgia, and ending at least one month before the sitting of the next term of the circuit court for the county of Henry, to be holden on the first Monday after the fourth monday in March next, informing the said Robert O. T. Fluker, administrator as aforesaid, of the proceedings of this Bill in chancery; and that he is required to appear at the said term of the court and answer or demur to the same or that the bill be taken pro-confesso.   • The following appeared on 1 October 1835 in the Georgia Telegraph: Will be sold on the first Tuesday in December next before the court-house door in the town of Zebulon Pike county within the usual hours of sale the following property to wit: one lot of land containing two hundred two and one half acres more or less lying and being in the second district originally Monroe now Pike county known and distinguished in the plan of said district by lot number (33) sold as the property of James A. Campbell to satisfy a mortgage fifa issuing from the Superior court of said county. John A. Campbell assignee of James R. Gray deceased vs said James A. Campbell, property pointed out in said mortgage fifa. Also the same lot to satisfy sundry fifas issuing from the Justices court B. Fluker vs the said James A. Campbell, and property pointed out in the last levy by the defendant. Levy made and returned to me by a constable this the 17th day of sept. 1835. Joseph H. Shivers, D. sheriff.
