The following appeared on 8 September 1968 in The Corsicana Daily Sun: (Fort Worth) H. T. Green, 78, formerly of Richland, died here Saturday in a hospital after an illness of several years.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at Corley Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. James N. Morgan will officiate and burial will be in Frost Cemetery. The body will lie in state from Sunday afternoon.
He is survived by his wife of Fort Worth; two sons, Robert N. Green, Fort Worth and Ethan C. Green, Dallas; three daughters, Mrs. Jerome Winstead, Corpus Christi; Mrs. Clyde Sikes, Graford; and Mrs. Shelby Burke, Odessa; and 10 grandchildren.
