- George Judson Pancoast was born on 17 August 1873 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.
- He married Caroline Walthall, daughter of John Walthall and Fanny Grey Pegues, on 25 October 1899 in Bexar County, Texas.
- George Judson Pancoast became a widower at the 29 September 1933 death of his wife Caroline Walthall.
- The following appeared in a local newspaper: Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie Walthall Pancoast, 54, native of San Antonio, who died at her home, 216 West Mistletoe avenue, Wednesday, will be held at 9:15 a. m. Thursday at the home and at 9:45 a. m. at St. Mary's Catholic church, Father Tom Kennedy officiating.
Survivors are: Husband, George J. Pancoast; daughter, Mrs. Martha Pancoast Olson; sons, John W. and Christopher P. Pancoast, all of San Antonio; son, Lieut. L. W. Pancoast, Key West, Fla; sister, Mrs. Martha W. Lemon, Toledo, Ohio; borther, Leon N. Walthall, San Antonio, and one grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Walter, Eugene and Dr. T. J. Walthall, Herbert Folbre, Robert C. Smith and L. L. Lentz. Interment will be in Mission Burial park. - George Judson Pancoast died on 23 August 1958 at age 85 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.

- The following appeared on 24 August 1958 in the San Antonio Light: George Judson Pancoast, 216 W. Mistletoe, former vice president of Frost National bank, died Saturday.
Born in San Antonio, he studied engineering at the University of Texas and was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity. He helped install the first public sewer system in San Antonio while working for the city.
Pancoast retired in 1950 after working for nearly half a century for the bank.
He was a vestryman and member of Christ Episcopal church.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Birdie Frederickson Pancoast; daughter, Mrs. Marion Olson, San Antonio; sons, Rear Adm. Leonidas Walthall Pancoast (ret.), Pensacola, Fla; Christopher Piques Pancoast, Teutopolas, Ill., and John W. Pancoast; sister, Miss Nellie E. Pancoast, San Antonio; brother, Henry Pancoast, San Antonio; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 3:30 p. m. Monday at Christ Episcopal church, with Rev. Louis Goodrich officiating.
Interment will be in Mission Burial park under direction of Porter Loring.
