Mr. Irby, who was born in Anniston, Ala., was a son of thomas and Sarah Flournow Irby. For a number of years he was a salesman for the Thatcher Furnace Company, of Newark, N. J.
Surviving are his wife, the former Marjorie Eaton, and a sister, Mrs. Kolstad of Palestine, Texas.
Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 P. M. at Ferncliff Cemetery, Ardsley. The body will rest at the Burr Davis Mortuary until tomorrow at 1:30 P. M.
