• Oscar Francis Clark and Anna May (?) appeared in the US federal census of 1 April 1930 in Willow Springs Township, Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Other members of the household included Myrtle Goldie Clark, Donald Wayne Brewster. Also in the household were children Hazel (age 19), Fred (15), Viola (13), Lorene (11), Geraldine (4) and Junior (1).
• She married Claude Albert Smith, son of Joseph Albert Smith and Mary Elizabeth Brown, on 10 October 1934 in Wilson County, Tennessee.

• The following appeared on 11 May 2006 in The Modesto Bee: Myrtle Goldie Smith, 94, of Hollister died Friday at Mabie Skilled Nursing Facility.
       Mrs. Smith was a native of Oklahoma and lived in Hollister one year and previously had lived in Turlock 68 years. She was a homemaker. She was a Baptist. She enjoyed cooking, fishing and vacationing.
       She is survived by her brothers, Fred Clark and Dennis Clark, both of California; sisters, Rose Wilson and Anna Clark, both of California; and three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Smith; son, Donald Brewster; and two brothers and six sisters.
       A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. today at Turlock Memorial Park. Allen Mortuary, Turlock, in charge of arrangements.
