         Mrs. Watts, 76, died Wednesday morning at Franklin Square Hospital after being hit ba a car on her way to church.
         A life-long member of St. Pius, Mrs. Watts, the daughter of the late Mary and Francis Farmer, was born and educated in Baltimore.
         She was married to the late Webster Watts.
         Mrs. Watts is survived by a brother, Lloyd J. Farmer.
