He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean conflict. He was the former manager of Pierce Ranch and a banker. He was a Presbyterian.
         Survivors: wife, Judy Rotholz; daughters, Becky Rotholz Broesche of Bellaire and Carol West of Wharton; sons, Michael Clay Rotholz of Dallas, Jim Rotholz of Gaithersburg, Md., Don Wade Rotholz and Todd Rotholz, both of Houston, and Lee Rotholz of New York City; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
          The family will receive visitors 5-7 p.m. tonight at Wharton Funeral Home chapel.
          Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Wharton, the Revs. Debbie Cenko and Charles Fisher assisting.
