He is preceded in death by 3 brothers, Grady, Burl and Gene. Frank is survived by wife of 67 years, Winnie M. Kovar Duncan; son, Neal Duncan; daughter, Julia Jones; brother Bob L. Duncan; sister, Wanda M. Kimbell; grandchildren, Paula Boudreaux, Kellie Morel, Eric Duncan and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2005 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 15, 2005 at 2:00 pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Chaplain Byron Davis officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice.

         Wanda was born in Beaumont on April 19, 1931, the daughter of Frank and Myrtle (Tisdale) Duncan.
         She was preceded in death by her parents, and daughter, Cindy Haneklaus.
         She is survived by her husband, Charles Kimbell of Bedias; daughters, Sherry Stavinoha of Maple Grove, MN, and Becky Maitland of Sugar Land; brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Vicky Duncan of Flatonia; grandchildren, Haley Jennings, Ashley Haneklaus and Katie Haneklaus; and 2 great-grandchildren.
