Mrs. Pickett was a prominent figure in social Montgomery during her girlhood and early womanhood. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. J. M. Davidson, and one son, Albert J. Pickett, both of this city.
Funeral services will take place from the St. John's Episcopal church Wednesday afternoon at 4:40 o'clock. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery. - Mary Alston Pickett became a widow at the 13 January 1935 death of her husband Josiah Morris Davidson.
