  • She married Dixon C. Gainer, son of Benjamin Gainer and Rebecca Adams, circa 1830.
  • Dixon C. Gainer and Sarah (?) appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1850 in Monroe County, Mississippi. Other members of the household included Rebecca Adams. Also in the household were children Bersa, John, Emily, Thompson, and James (not yet recorded), as well as James L. Rabourn, age 21, likely Rebecca's grandson.
