Lawrence M. Fenwick officiating. Interment will be in the Summerville cemetery.
       Miss Rathbone was the daughter of Dr. Henry Rathbone of New York and Elizabeth Adams Rathbone of Augusta. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd and Colonial Dames.
        She is survived by the following cousins. Miss Harriet A. Ganahl of Augusta, Mrs. P. H. Stovall of Savannah, Mrs. Henry C. Sturgis of Fairfield, Conn., Mrs. M. B. Hartshorne of New York, Miss Margaret Bryan of New York and Gray Bryan of New York.
