She received her Bachelors' Degree in Education and a Masters' Degree in Library Science from the University of Texas and Masters' Degree in History from Appalachian State University. She was preceded in death by her father, Sargent Walcott Rugeley of Channelview. She is survived by her mother, Helen H. Rugeley of Austin; sons, Allen Walcott Inks of Toledo, Oh; Robert Roy Inks of Channelview, daughter-in-law, Kitty K. C. Chung of Toledo; sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Dr. Henry Moore of Seguin. She loved to travel, the opera and the symphony. Her adventurous spirit which appriciated so many different cultures, will be sorely missed. She was a wonderful person, friend, mother and a wonderful mother-in-law. A memorial service will be held at Trinity Episcopal church, 2701 W. Main St., Baytown at 3 p.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2001 with Rev. Nick Novak officiating. She will rest in Peace at The Church of The Good Shepherd in Austin, on Friday, October 19, 2001, after the funeral service.
