Deceased was a native of Kingston, N. C., and served as captain of Co. M [sic]. of the 34th Alabama Regiment during the Civil War.
       Captain Cobb is survived by two sons, Fred Cobb of Tuskegee, Ala., and John Cobb, of Elmore, Ala.
       Funeral services will take place this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from Leak's Chapel. Interment will be in Greenwood.
