The 1910-1930 censuses estimate his year of birth about 1883-1884.
• Jane appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1900 in Huntsville, Walker County, Texas, enumerated next to Mitchell James.. Other members of the household included Frank Baltrip, Moses Baltrip, Lizzie Baltrip, Charles Lewis Baltrip, Berta Baltrip and Hattie Baltrip.

• He married Ada Lee Granville on 15 May 1907 in Montgomery County, Texas.
• Frank Baltrip appeared in the US federal census of 15 April 1910 in Montgomery County, Texas, enumerated not far from Jane James.

• Frank Baltrip and Ada Lee Granville appeared in the US federal census of 1 April 1930 in Mongomery County, Texas, at Fish Trail Road enumerated next to Frank's brother Charles.. Other members of the household included Noble Baltrip.
• Frank Baltrip became a widower at the 25 October 1936 death of his wife Ada Lee Granville.

• Frank Baltrip died on 18 February 1951 at age 66 in Conroe, Montgomery County, Texas.

• According to the death certificates of Frank, Lizzie, Charles and Hattie Baltrip, their parents were Jane James and Lewis/Louis/Luke Baltrip, whose identity is not yet known.
