Zion Baptist Church for 72 years; retired Registered Nurse. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 23, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation was Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The Body will lie in state from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the church. Survivors: husband, T. O. "Thomas" Jones; son, Tommy Jones of Cullman; daughters, Patricia Motte of Corner and JoAnn (Brent) Glidewell of Watson; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren; sister, Louise Simonson of Trussville; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
