Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home directed. /P/ Mr. Ingrum died Dec. 22 at UAB Hospital. /P/ Survivors include his wife, Flora Jane Hollingsworth Ingrum of Opelika, formerly of Jacksonville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Neal and Diane Johnson of Moody and Charles M. and Christi Ingram Jr., of Auburn; two daughters and a son-in-law, Brette Johnson of Forston, Ga, and Julie and Anthony Brown of Auburn; a brother, Jerry Ingrum of Georgetown, Colo., and seven grandchildren, Jake Johnson, Tyler Brown, Katie Brown, Connor Brown, Abigail Brown, Tripp Ingrum and Eli Ingrum. /P/ Mr. Ingrum was born May 10, 1936 in Athens. He moved to Lee County the age of 14. He graduated from Clift High School, the University of Alabama and Cumberland Law School. After his first year following law school, he worked as a clerk for the Alabama Supreme Court. In January 1969 he began working for the O. P. Lee Law Firm, later known as the Lee and Ingrum Law Firm. He served as the first assistant district attorney in Lee County. /P/ He was a member of First Baptist Church of Opelika where he was a deacon and was in the John 3:16 Sunday School Class. He was a member of the Elks Club and was retired from the Alabama National Guard.
