Milly
b. circa 1842
- Milly was born circa 1842 in Louisiana and her family origins are unknown.
- Following emancipation, Milly adopted the name Milly Hostetter.
- She married Tom, son of Jack, on 4 August 1866 in Montgomery County, Texas, with John E. George, JP, officiating.. It is an educated guess that this is Jack's son Tom marrying Milly Hostetter, but ages in censuses do not match the Greenwood records, and there is some confusion with Thomas Jackson and wife Larinda in 1870 (?).
- Tom and Milly appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1870 in Danville PO, Montgomery County, Texas. Other members of the household included Hannah, John, Willis and Billy Jackson.
- Tom and Milly appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1880 in Montgomery County, Texas. Other members of the household included Billy Jackson, Jackson Jackson, Rhoda Jackson, Sarah Jackson and Willis.
