William Walker

- William Walker and Mary Howerton appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1850 in Lowndes District, Lowndes County, Alabama. Other members of the household included Samuel T. Walker, James Madison Walker, George D. Walker and Sarah Elizabeth Walker.
- He was an overseer, according to the 1850 census.
- William Walker died on 11 November 1862 in Arkansas Post, Arkansas, while serving with the 24th Texas Cavalry, Company B.
