- Catherine (?) was born say 1650.
- She married Edward Wood circa 1670 in Virginia.
- On 11 October 1707 Edward Wood made a gift to his sons Edward and Mark:
To all to whom these presents shall come: Know that I Edward of ye County of Princess Anne for ye love and affectioin I bear to my sons Edward Wood and Mark Wood of ye County aforesaid, doe therefore by these presents for their future good and maintenance freely give unto them my sons Edward Wood and Mark Wood a parcel of land in the Dam Neck formerly William Linton to be equally divided between them but my son Mark to have his part where he is now a settler, the same to have and to hold to them my sons Edward and Mark Wood and to their heirs forever, but I ye said Edward Wood Senior and my wife Catherine Wood not to be debarred of carrying off stock nor getting timber for Old Plantation use upon my part of ye tract of land I have above mentioned and my son William Wood to have ye same priviledge to carying off stock and getting off timber for his Plantation use to him and his heirs forever, in a large and ample manner to as it is to me granted by virtue of ye said Bill of Sale. In confirmation whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this 11th day of October 1707. Edward Wood (seal)
