A visitation will be held at First United Methodist Church on Dec. 29 from 4 until 7 p.m. Richard Bullock was born in Youngstown, OH on April 29, 1951, the son of Byron and Betty Bullock. He was an alumnus of Ohio State University. Bullock is survived by his wife, Sally Haynie Bullock of Spring, two sons, Rhett Haynie Bullock and Randol Richard Bullock, both of Spring; by his parents, Byron and Betty Young of Brookfield OH; by brothers and sisters-in-law, Nick and Nancy Bullock of Wall, NJ and Dennis and Lynn Bullock of Buffalo, NY; sisters and brothers-in-law, Tom and Susie Haynie of Navasota and Molly and Tony Doughtie of Huntsville.Serving as pallbears will be Rick Buxton, Len Denson and Kurt Guidry, all of Houston; Don Birdwell of Edmond OK, Mark Keller of Conroe and Raymond Griffin of MS. Honorary pallbearers are Nick Bullock of Wall, NJ, Dennis Bullock of Buffalo NY, Brent Bullock of Hollywood, CA and Randy Bullock of Spring. Memorials may be made to the Stehlin Foundation, 1315 St. Joseph Parkway, Suite 1818, Houston, TX 77002.
