Son August is identified as Paul Lederer, age 22, and perhaps "Phebe Zeis" is daughter Johanna Lederer, wife of John Zeis.
• August Lederer and Johanna E. Garbe appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1880 in Buffalo, Erie County, New York, at 114 Ash Street. Other members of the household included William F. Brauer, Julius Henry Brauer and Caroline (?). Julius and William are enumerated with the surname Lederer.

• William F. Brauer and Anna L. Hansen appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1900 in Buffalo, Erie County, New York, at 28 Glenshire. Other members of the household included Edna Brauer, Mabel Brauer, William Brauer and Agnes Brauer.

Funeral from her late residence, No. 81 Greenwood Place, Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial at Forest Lawn at the convenience of the family. Friends are invited to attend.
