- Adam Wagner and Magdalena Heitz appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1880 in Amherst, Erie County, New York. Other members of the household included Caroline L. Wagner, Elizabeth Wagner and Eva Maria Wagner. Also in the household was servant Philip Wagner (age 22), likely Adam's nephew.

- The following appeared on 3 August 1928 in the Lockport Union-Sun & Journal: (Wendelville) The third annual Wagner reunion was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Shipston, of Youngstown, last Sunday. Dinner and supper were served on tables on the lawn.
After dinner the business meeting was held. It was opened by a song, "America," followed by prayer. Then came roll call showing fifty-six present. During the year there were two marriages, one birth and one death.
The oldest member was Mrs. Lena Wagner, of Bear Ridge, and the youngest member, Jack D. Crow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Crow, of Youngstown.
The following officers were re-elected: Philip Wagner, president; Martin Wagner, vice president; Mrs. Frank Phillips, secretary; Jacob Wagner, treasurer; Miss Edna Cutler, historian.
The afternoon was spent in playing games, prizes going to the winners. Next year the reunion will meet at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Graff, of Wendelsville. . . . Mrs. Lena Wagner, of Bear Ridge, is spending a few weeks with her daughter, Mrs. Edward Shipston, of Youngtown. - Caroline L. Wagner became a widow at the 10 November 1930 death of her husband Nathan Henry Cutler.
- The following appeared on 15 November 1930 in the Niagara Falls Gazette: The funeral services of the late Nathan H. Cutler, 51, of Getzville, was held from St. Paul's church on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the Rev. Vogelmann officiating. The bearers were six members of the Getzville fire company of Mr. Cutler was a member and former chief and the casket was preceded into the church by about 50 fellow members of the company. Burial was in Bear Ridge cemetery. Mr. Cutler died in a Buffalo hospital on Monday, following a two weeks' illness there. Mr. Cutler leaves his widow, Carrie Wagner Cutler, four daughters and two sons of Getzville.

- The following appeared on 28 July 1933 in The Evening News: (Wendelville) The eighth annual reunion of the Adam Wagner family will be held Sunday, July 30, in the Getzville Fire hall. Mrs. Carrie Cutler and Mrs. Wesley Bush will be hostesses.
- The following appeared on 29 November 1935 in the Niagara Falls Gazette: (Buffalo, Nov. 29) Mrs. Lena Wagner, 89 years old, widow of Adam Wagner, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Carie Cutler, Campbell boulevard, town of Amherst. She was born in Germany, but had spent most of her life in the town of Pendleton. She was a member of St. Paul's church, Wendelville.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Cutler of Amherst, Mrs. Emanuel Bush of Pendleton, Mrs. Edmund Shipston of Youngstown and Mrs. John W. Bush of North Tonawanda. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home and at 2:30 o'clock at St. Paul's church. Burial will be in Bear Ridge cemetery. - The following appeared on 11 September 1950 in the Lockport Union-Sun & Journal: Prominent residents of Pendleton, Mr. and Mrs. Emmanuel Bush celebrated their golden wedding anniversary Sunday, when more than 100 relatives and friends attended a reception at their home.
A three-tiered wedding cake and gold candelabra adorned the table from which refreshments were served.
As a leading figure in Pendleton's government, Mr. Bush served as justice of the peace for ten years and now is chairman of the Board of Assessors. He is an insurance agent.
Since their marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Bush have resided in the large white house on their 105-acre farm on Bear Ridge Road.
They attend Bear Ridge Methodist Church, where Mr. Bush serves on the Official Baord and Mrs. Bush, who was president of the Ladies' Aid for many years, now is a most active member of the Woman's Society of Christian Service.
Mr. Bush, 74, was born in the Town of Wheatfield, son of the late Mary and John Bush. Mrs. Bush, 76, the former Elizabeth Wagner, was born in Swormville, daughter of the late Lena and Adam Wagner.
Five sons were born to the couple, Carl of Buffalo, Ernest of Mapleton, Stewart of Pendleton and the late Harvey and William Bush. There are five grandchildren.
Mrs. Carrie Cutler of Getzville, maid of honor at the marriage solemnized Sept. 12, 1900 at the home of the bride's parents, in Swormville, was among the reception guests. - Caroline L. Wagner died in 1964.
- She was interred at St. Paul's Evangelical Protestant Cemetery, Bear Ridge Road, Wendelville, Niagara County, New York.
