• Elizabeth Parrott was born on 25 March 1830 in England.
• She was baptized/christened on 26 September 1832 at St. Mary in Newington, Surrey, England, entered as daughter of Henry and Susan Parrott.
• She married Thomas William Asbridge, son of Thomas William Asbridge and Eleanor (?), on 6 December 1851 in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. Elizabeth's daughter Louisa later married Patrick's younger brother James..
• Elizabeth Parrott appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1860 in Quincy, Olmsted County, Minnesota, enumerated between her parents and the family of Alexander Mills.. Other members of the household included Louisa Asbridge, Thomas William Asbridge and Emma Winston Parrott. Emma is identified as "Emma Winston," age 3.
• She married Patrick Small, son of James Small and Bridget Powers, circa 1860.
• Patrick Small and Elizabeth Parrott appeared in the Minnesota state census of 1 June 1865 in Quincy, Olmsted County, Illinois, enumerated next to Elizabeth's parents and near Patrick's brother James.. Other members of the household included James Irvin Small, John Henry Small, Louisa Asbridge and Thomas William Asbridge.
• Patrick Small and Elizabeth Parrott, appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1870 in Quincy, Minnesota. Other members of the household included James Irvin Small, John Henry Small, Charles August Small, Louisa Asbridge and Thomas William Asbridge.
• The following appeared on 10 January 1879 in the St. Charles Times: Just before going to press we received the sad intelligence of the death of Mrs. James Small, of Elba, which occurred early on Wednesday morning last. The cause of death is unknown to us, save that it was accompanied by a pain in the side. Four little children are thus left motherless. Mrs. Small was well, we are informed and doing her usual housework the day previous and her death was a sudden and unexpected blow to her family, who will have the sympathy of their many friends. Mrs. Small was the sister of Mr. T. Asbridge, and granddaughter of Mrs. Parrott of this city.

• Elizabeth Parrott died on 17 January 1920 at age 89.
• She was interred at St. Mary's Cemetery, Bismarck, Burleigh County, North Dakota.
