Barton, of 370 Prospect street, a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, who died in Memorial hospital Thursday evening, following a week's illness with pneumonia, will be held at the Dykstra funeral chaptl, 1619 Main street at 2 p.m. tomorrow. The Rev. David Henry Weeks, rector of Epiphany Episcopal church, will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery.
Mrs. Barton, who was the wife of Samuel R. Barton, was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Fink. She is survived by a son, Morris W. Barton, and a sister, Mrs. John de Shinsky, both of this city. - The following appeared on 2 March 1946 in the Niagara Falls Gazette: Samuel R. Barton, 67, of the Beirs hotel, died last night in Mount St. Mary's hospital. A native of Buffalo, he had been a resident of this city for the last 45 years. He was a control operator for the Republic Light, Heat and Power company.
The husband of the late Mrs. Anna Barton, he is survived by a son, Morris, of this city, and by a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Gallinger, of Seattle, Wash.
Funeral services will be held at the Dykstra Funeral Home on Monday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock with the Rev. David H. Weeks officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood cemetery.
