Mr. and Mrs. De Shinsky will be at home at No. 1608 Main street after Sept. 1st.

Heary, 424 Tenth street. The Rev. Dr. Philip W. Mosher, pastor of St. Peter's Episcopal church, officiated.
         The funeral was attended by a large number of relatives and friends of the decedent. Floral offerings were profuse and beautiful. The body was placed in the mausoleum at Oakwood cemetery.
         The pallbearers were Arnold Young, Samuel Barton, John Deshinsky, James O'Hare, Wesley McCredle and Alexander Kilberer.

  • The following appeared on 22 July 1957 in the Niagara Falls Gazette: Three persons, including anine-year-old girl and an 83-year-old man, were injured in auto accidents during the weekend but none were hurt seriously. They are: . . . John DeShinsky, 83, of 559 Memorial Pkwy, who was taken to Memorial Hospital suffering lacerations of the chin and possible fractured ribs. . . . Mr. DeShinsky told police his car went out of control when he was driving in Portage road Saturday afternoon. He said the car cut across Portage road and struck a tree near the Elmwood avenue intersection.
