He is identified as Dock Davis, age 30. Other members of the household included Amanda (?), William Davis, Cora Davis, Henry Davis and Minerva Washington. Also in the household are Kitty Davis (21) and Robert Davis (9), and identified with the surname Washington are William (age 8) and Cora (10), Henry (5) and Minerva (3), as well as Amanda Washington (20), who apparently became Dock's wife in 1886 -- and perhaps some of these children were hers and not Dock Davis's (?)
