         Friends may call from 4 to 8 tonight at Bedford Funeral Chapel, where a Scripture service will be held at 7 tonight. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home and at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. The Rev. Daniel Early, associate pastor at the church, will officiate.
         Born Jan. 21, 1955, in Toledo, he was the son of Freddie and Kathleen (Iott) Hannigan.
         He was employed as a mechanic by Covell Construction Co.
         He attended Bedford Public Schools and was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church.
         Surviving are his mother; a son, Robert; three daughters, April-Lyn, Angela and Brandy; five brothers, Thomas of Petersburg, David of Temperance, Dennis of Ida and Frederick and Patrick, both of Toledo, and two sisters, Mrs. David (Mary Ann) Bonn of Ida and Mrs. John (Peggy) Hamilton of Toledo.
         He was preceded in death by his father on Jan. 25, 1981, and his grandparents.
