Lederer Jr., Albert A. Lederer and Erwin Lederer. Also in the household was Minnis's unmarried sister Louisa Witt (age 19).

• The following appeared on 27 March 1929 in the Lockport Union-Sun & Journal: (Buffalo) A victim of monoxide gas poisoning, Fred Lederer, 63, 400 Guilford street, was found lying dead under his car in the garage at the rear of his home yesterday.
       It is believed that Lederer succumbed to the deadly fumes while he was repairing his machine Saturday afternoon. The discovery was made by his wife.
• Esther Helberg Lederer appeared in the US federal census of 1 April 1930 in Buffalo, Erie County, Wisconsin, at 1050 Elmwood Avenue. Other members of the household included Minnie Witt, Royal Clinton Anderson. Also in the household were five roomers and a housekeeper.
• Minnie Witt died on 18 September 1944 at age 78.
