The bride was Miss Ellen Scott Marks, daughter of Samuel B. Marks, Sr., a wealthy Montgomery, Ala., planter. She met her husband recently in Munich. He is Mahmoud Labib Moharrem Bey, a physician.
The bridegroom does not speak English and the alderman could not use German or French, so it was necessary to perform the ceremony through an interpreter. The couple will reside in Munich.
