- She married Len, son of Stephen and Margaret, on 11 December 1869 in Montgomery County, Texas.
- Len and Martha appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1880 in Montgomery County, Texas. Other members of the household included Stephen Jones, Margarite Jones, John Jones and Butler Jones. Also in the household were stepchildren Manda (age 16) and Walter (14) Roach.
