- William Casey arrived in the Port of New York on 3 November 1897, accompanied by Annie Casey, Julia A. Casey and Kate Casey aboard the White Star Line SS Teutonic, having departed Queenstown, Ireland, on 28 October. Their final destination was Palmer Springs in Saratoga County, home of another of William's daughters, who had paid their passage. The family's last residence is given as Dunmanway, County Cork.
