He married Mollie Elizabeth Weber, daughter of William Weber and Margaret Stahle, on 14 August 1912 in Niagara Falls, Niagara County, New York, at Zion Lutheran Church, with Rev. Herman Brezing officiating.
Edwin T. Lammerts and Mollie Elizabeth Weber appeared in the US federal census of 1 April 1930 in Niagara Falls, Niagara County, New York, at 1802 Niagara Avenue.
He was employed as a watch maker in a jewelry store, according to the 1930 census.
In August 1962, Edwin and Mollie Weber Lammerts celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
The following appeared in the Niagara Falls Gazette: Mr. and Mrs. Edwin T. Lammerts, 1868 Willow Ave., will mark their 60th wedding anniversary at a family dinner today at the Red Coach Inn.
     . Mr. Lammerts and the former Mollie Weber were married in Zion Lutheran Church Aug. 14, 1912 by the late Rev. Hermon [sic] Brezing, D. D., former pastor of that church.
      The couple has two children, four grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
      Mrs. Augusta Hidde, who was maid of honor for Mrs. Lammerts, will attend.
