The former Myrtle Sirl, she was born here, a daguther of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sirl. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy. A graduate nurse, she was trained at St. Vincent Charity Hospital. She practiced nursing here for some years before her marriage to Dr. Rask, a physician, in 1942.
Since residing in Lake Worth, Mrs. Rask had been active in Catholic organization work. She was a past president of the Mothers-Teachers Club of Sacred Heart Church and of the East Coast Deanery of Catholic Women. She was chairman of the spiritual development committee of the Miami branch of the Council of Catholic Women.
Surviving her, besides her husband, are three sons, Arthur, Timothy and John; two daughters, Joan and Julianne; her mother, Mrs. Anna Sirl; two sisters and a brother.
Service will be Tuesday morning in Sacred Heart Church, Lake Worth. Burial also will be in that city. Arrangements are by the Earl Smith funeral home there.
